Reiki Information and Services
Reiki (pronounced Ray - Key) is an oriental word that
means Universal Life Energy. This Universal energy flows
through everything on our planet, it is the essential
life force of every living thing and is the biomagnetic
energy of the aura. It was discovered in the mid-1800s
by Mikao Usui and was then known as Usui Shiki Ryoho.
Today it is simply referred to as Reiki and this
naturally channeled energy has evolved over the years to
include many other forms in addition to the Usui system.
Reiki
is a simple, yet powerful form of energy healing which
is channeled by the practitioner to the recipient by
either the laying on of hands or by remote (distance)
healing that can transform lives. Reiki works to release
blocked energy, promote relaxation and reduce stress. It
is a loving, intelligent energy that possesses it's own
wisdom which balances all aspects of a person's body,
mind, emotions, and spirit. It knows where healing is
needed most for each individual and it will promote
balance throughout all levels of a person's being,
according to their own unique needs. Reiki also works on
animals, plants, and can be sent to future events such
as meetings, exams, or surgical procedures. Over time,
it can enhance intuition and personal spiritual
evolution.
I use several forms of Reiki during the healing
sessions, allowing myself to be guided as to which type
of Reiki will be most beneficial for each person. I have
been attuned to the Usui, Kundalini, Gold, and Ethereal
Crystal Reiki systems. Many Angels and Spiritual healers
assist me when I am sending Reiki. At times they provide
guidance for me and at other times they send healing
energy in addition to the Reiki that I channel. Mother
Mary, Kuan Yin, Archangel Raphael, Archangel Michael,
Jesus and one of my personal guides and teachers, Ra-Ta,
often assist during each healing session. Their presence
is always a blessing filled with love and a very special
gift for everyone involved during each Reiki session.
Reiki has many applications in our lives from physical
healing, emotional healing, aura clearing and balancing,
stress reduction, relaxation, and mental clarity to name
but a few. Please remember that you don't have to be ill
or experiencing mental/emotional issues to benefit from
Reiki. It can give your immune system a boost and help
to increase your energy levels too!

Preparing for Your Distant Reiki Healing
A remote Reiki session is much the same as an in-person
healing session, although you and I are not physically
present in the same room, or even the same community.
You receive the same benefits from distance healing as
you would from the in-person healing, with the added
benefit of remaining in the comfort of your own home.
I
send the Reiki distant healings in real time. When your
payment is received, I will contact you by email to
schedule your appointment. Everyone's situation is
unique, so the time that the Reiki energy flows will
vary from one person to another. The average length of
time is between 30 to 45 minutes, although there are
occasions when the energy will flow for an hour or more.
I do not stop the session at a designated amount of
time, but continue until the energy no longer flows.
You may choose to sit in a comfortable chair or recline
in bed with your arms relaxed at your sides and your
legs uncrossed. Please ask anyone living with you to not
disturb you for approximately 45 minutes and turn off
all phones. Some people like to play relaxing music
softly in the background, light candles, or burn incense
to add to the sacredness of the experience. You may feel
warmth, tingling sensations, coolness, receive visions,
or experience nothing at all during your session,
depending upon how sensitive you are. Reiki works for
your highest and best good at all times. So even if you
perceive nothing, trust that you will benefit from your
healing session. Be sure to drink plenty of pure water
the day of your session and for 3 days after, to flush
the loosened toxins from your body.
When your healing session is complete, I will send you a
detailed summary of my perceptions, intuitive insights,
messages from the Angels and other Spiritual helpers
that were present.

Distant Healing Without Intuitive Report
For those of you who are not interested in receiving a
follow-up report after your distant healing session, I
offer individual healings at a reduced rate. Each
healing session is approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour or
more. I do not stop the session at a designated time,
but continue sending the healing energy for as long as
it flows. These healings are not done in real time. To
benefit from the Reiki energy that I send, you only need
to be open to receiving it. A simple statement such as:
"I am open to and accept the Reiki energy that has been
sent to me by Susan Beran" is all that is needed to draw
the healing energy to you.
Once I have sent the Reiki energy to you, I will notify
you by email advising you what time I sent the energy
and how long your healing session lasted. That way there
is no guessing or wondering about when I’ve sent Reiki
to you. You may expect to receive your first Reiki
session within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your
request. After you receive the email notification, I
invite your feedback about anything you experienced
during or after your session. Your comments are always
welcome.
How Many Reiki Sessions Do I Need?
Every person is a unique individual and has different
needs. For example, someone who has physical or
emotional issues or concerns, might need to have
long-term distant Reiki treatments more often or on a
daily basis. While a person who is healthy and just
needs the extra balancing and energy boost once in
awhile may choose a smaller number of healing sessions.
Only you are able to determine how many treatments you
should have. Remember that it is not possible to receive
an overdose of Reiki and it will always work for your
highest good.
