Group Healing Experiences

I am a Reiki Master originally initiated into the Usui lineage. Over the years, I have also been initiated into Kundalini, Etheric Crystal and Gold Reiki. Each form of Reiki has brought many new insights, personal and spiritual growth, and at times, healings that are amazing. Reiki is a gentle, noninvasive form of energy healing, yet there are moments when a miracle can and does occur. Whenever I begin either a private or group session, I never know what the outcome will be, since the Reiki energy contains it's own wisdom and goes where it's needed most. The following is the experiences of a recent group session:

The most profound healing took place for a woman who had suffered a torn muscle in her shoulder. She had been in severe pain for several weeks with no relief, even with medication that she was taking. I sent Reiki to her shoulder and intuitively "saw" a hot, raging fire within it. I cooled the fire by sending crystal snowflakes of energy. Immediately after that, I could see a beam of emerald green light streaming into the same area, which I recognize as additional healing energy from Archangel Raphael who often assists me during the Reiki sessions. Within a few hours, I received an email from my friend who excitedly stated that her shoulder was mostly pain free, only a little bit of discomfort remained when she moved her arm in certain directions. But the worst of the constant pain, which had brought her to tears, was gone!

When I focused upon another member of the group who was experiencing neck and shoulder pain, I immediately had a vision of 4 pairs of hands massaging those areas. I realized that one pair of hands didn't belong to any of the healing Angels who work with me. I was later told that her husband had been massaging her neck at the same moment I was sending Reiki! When I spoke with her the next morning, she told me that the stress related stiffness in her upper body had been relieved.

The next evening I sent Reiki to her privately for several other issues that she has been dealing with. Within 10 minutes of beginning to send Reiki to her, I experienced a swirling sensation, as though I was in a vortex of energy. A few minutes later, I intuitively perceived a spider web of energy surrounding her. The next morning we again exchanged our experiences and I was amazed to find out that she had a candle burning the previous evening during her session and within 10 minutes the flame began swirling, as though it had been disturbed by the wind. She realized that there was no wind and only the energy in the room could have caused the flame to "go berserk" as she stated. This happened within the same timeframe that I sensed the vortex of energy. She went on to tell me later that night, she had the sensation of either a hand patting the crown of her head, or a spider walking on it. I felt this was validation of the spider web that I witnessed in my visualization which turned out to be dense, negative energy she wasn't aware of. It was the energetic residue of an emotionally charged situation she had lived through several months previously.

Another woman has tried unsuccessfully to sell her present house so that she and her husband can move farther south. During the session, I had the strong sense that the obstacle preventing the sale of her home was literally the new house they wanted to buy! The contract on the new house has fallen through and she is now discussing other options with her husband. I had been unaware that there were problems with the house they were interested in buying, so I was therefore surprised by my perception that the new house wasn't "right" for them. She later told me that she has also felt very strongly that the house was negative and she didn't have a good feeling about it. It was an amazing validation of my intuition!

Now that spring is in full bloom, one of my dogs has been experiencing itching that is allergy related. He had been licking his feet excessively for several days and one morning he was hopping on 3 legs, holding his left back leg in the air. When I examined his foot, I discovered that he had damaged one of his toe pads and several layers of skin were gone. I cleaned his foot, applied an antibiotic ointment and then bandaged his leg using several layers of gauze, an ace bandage and then covered it all with a human baby sock to hold everything in place and provide an extra cushion. Do I need to say he wasn't happy about his new "fashion accessory" at all? He would wait until I wasn't paying attention and immediately remove the bandage! We did this routine for several days. I was guided to send Reiki to his paw and sat with him one afternoon for about 20 minutes as the energy flowed to his foot, St. Francis and Archangel Raphael were present during this session. When I removed the bandages the next morning, his toe was completely healed and there was not even a hint that anything had ever been wrong. Thank you Angels, Thank you God!

These healings are a small sampling of what can take place during a Reiki session. Most of the time the results are subtle, yet when a quantum leap in healing is needed for a particular individual, that too will happen. My desire is that everyone is truly blessed by Reiki for their best and highest good.
